Dr John Roulston AM - Chairman of the Board
Cert T, BEd, MEdAdmin, Mlitt, PhD, FAIM, FACEL, FQIEA, FACE

Dr Roulston AM has been involved with DRUG ARM since 1996, and has been Chair of the Drug Awareness and Relief Foundation [Australia] since 2009. Dr John Roulston AM is President and Chair of the Royal Commonwealth Society (Queensland). Dr Roulston AM was the former Executive Director of The Association of Independent Schools of Queensland. He has a strong history in the education sector as well as a over 24 years working with the not-for-proift sector. He is a past Moderator of the Queensland Synod of The Uniting Church in Australia and is currently the Minister at Glebe Road, Uniting Church. Dr Roulston AM is also the Chairman of the Mental Health Association Qld Ltd and the Australian College of Community Services Ltd.

Dr Dennis Young - Company Secretary, Executive Director

Dr Dennis Young has been the Executive Director and Superintendent of the Drug Awareness and Relief Foundation (Australia) since 1988. Dr Young is Group Executive Director for DRUG ARM Australasia, Mental Health Association of Qld and the Australian College of Community Services. Dr Young is a former member of the Queensland Parliament and served for seventeen years with the Queensland Police Service. Dr Young is the Chair of the Queensland Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies QNADA and a Director of 4Walls.

Mr Peter Henderson - Treasurer, Chairman of Finance and Audit Committee
BBus, GradDipMgt, GradDipAppFin, FFIN, FCPA, MAICD

Mr Henderson has been involved with DRUG ARM for over 30 years, having served various positions on the Board. He is also on the Board of IOR Queensland District. Mr Henderson is a current director of the Australian Rechabite Foundation. He is also on the board of the Mental Health Association Qld Ltd and the Australian College of Community Services Ltd. Mr Henderson has over 40 years' experience working with non-government organisations.

Dr Joe Debattista - Director

Dr Debattista has been involved with DRUG ARM for over 21 years in his working capacity through Queensland Health. Dr Debattista has extensive experiences in the areas of public health planning, coordination and promotion, community development and liaison.

Dr Zhanming (Ming) Liang - Director

Dr Liang has worked with DRUG ARM for 11 years, previously serving as the DRUG ARM NSW State Manager. Her experiences include working in clinical and community based health sector for ten years. Dr Liang has been teaching and researching in the area of health services management for more than seven years. She is currenlty the Senior Lecture and Course Coordinator, Health Management, School of Public Health at Latrobe University, Melbourne. Dr Liang is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Australian Journal of Rehabilitation Counselling.

Mr David Watts - Director, Chairman of Programs and Services Committee
BA, Dip App Psych, Grad Dip PH

David has worked in the alcohol and other drug field in Tasmania and South Australia for thirty-six years. He is currently employed by Drug and Alcohol Services South Australia which is the main state government drug and alcohol service provider. He has worked as a psychologist with inpatient and outpatient services and has been involved in numerous programs including those provided to Aboriginal communities, industry and correctional services. Currently he works in drug policy and population health. He has a particular interest in the prevention of alcohol related harm.

Mrs Kathleen Keefe - Director, Chair of the Risk Management and Compliance Committee
LLM, LLB (1st Class Hons), EMPA, GradCertBus (HRM)

Mrs Keefe has served on the DRUG ARM board for the last five years and has been an integral member bringing extensive experiences in law, governance and policy. Her experience includes private legal practice; ministerial advisor and senior public servant.

Mr David Swain - Director
MEd, BHSc, Dip Bus, RN, GAICD

Mr Swain joined the DRUG ARM board in November 2011, bringing a wealth of skills and experiences gained through a variety of roles including: registered nurse, officer in the Australian Regular Army, Senior Advisor for WorkCover Queensland (now QComp), and Senior Quality Assessor for the Aged Care Standards Agency. Mr Swain is the (Executive) Director of Churches of Christ Care, with responsibility for the operations of around 140 caring services that span the areas of: early childhood care; child protection; social housing; retirement living; community and residential aged care. Prior to his appointment as Director, David project managed the restructure of Churches of Christ in Queensland, and the re-write of their constitution.

Dr Neil Watts - Director

Dr Watts recently joined the DRUG ARM board in November 2011. Dr Watts is the former President of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church South Queensland Conference. He served as President for a period of seven years. Dr Watts brings over 40 years of extensive experience in Ministry, education, and international missionary work.
