Cedric Man Ching Chee, a highly respected philanthropist and a valued Drug ARM supporter passed away recently at the age of 93.
Drug ARM remembers Cedric as a kind-hearted and noble humanitarian.
Cedric committed his life not only to his beloved family but to the wider community to which he was a part of, both nationally and internationally. His philanthropic endeavours enabled him to reach great achievements, from honours from the Queen to establishing the Christopher Chee Foundation. Through the Foundation, Cedric and his beloved wife Betty have supported Drug ARM for over 2 decades.
The Chee family are immensely proud of Cedric’s legacy. Lios, Cedric’s daughter said “her father was an ardent supporter of Drug ARM because he believed in second chances and devoting time to help others succeed.” Grandson, Timothy, gave a touching tribute to his grandfather, admiring his grandfather’s generosity, humility and wisdom.
On behalf of our staff, volunteers and wider community, we acknowledge the work of Mr Chee and honour his legacy.
“Let us love neither in word nor with speech, but indeed and in truth.” - 1 John 3:18
