We all know the impact that a small act of kindness can have. The tiny moments of joy or relief when we are going through a hard time. The person that makes us laugh when we feel like crying. Or simply someone who listens without judgement when we need to be heard.
The truth is that capturing and tracking the full impact of our work can be difficult. But this doesn’t deter us, and from what we do measure we can see that our programs are making a difference.
