The Drug ARM Library is located on Level 1, 493A Ipswich Road, Annerley.
The Library is open 9am to 5pm on weekdays.
We have a part-time Librarian who is in most mornings. If you want to chat with our Librarian, you can set a time or find out she will be in by emailing us.
The Library is closed on public holidays and for a short period between Christmas and New Year.
Visit https://research.ebsco.com/c/zb2jkw/ and look up some key words or titles. If you need some help searching the Library, reach out to our Librarian.
Some articles and e-books have restricted access due to licensing. You can request articles by contacting our Librarian for full text access for all the resources in the Library.
However, your access to non-open-access resources will now be limited. Full text articles can be requested from the library, although we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to source them or be able to supply them due to copyright and licencing restrictions.
You can send it through to the library.
If the research meets our collection development policy and is not under any copyright restrictions we may then add it to the collection. (Please note – always check if you are the copyright holder. Performing or participating research does not automatically grant you copyright. If the research is published, the publisher is usually the copyright holder.)
No. Once you complete a membership form, we will add you to our membership database and you can then access resources.
Ask our Librarian. Our Librarian will look to see which other local libraries have a copy that you can borrow.
You can also put a request in for the library to purchase a copy. If it meets our collection policy and we can allocate funds for it within our collection fund, we will consider purchasing it.
The books available for loan to the public are located in our Annerley Library.
You can email or phone the Library with the details of the resource. The Librarian will then contact you when it is ready to pick up.
Yes, we have two work stations with desktop computers for use by the public and wi-fi access for those who prefer to use their own devices. The workstations operate on a first-come-first served basis, although they can be booked in advance by contacting the library.
