Warmest wishes for the season. Drug ARM has some changed operating hours over the Christmas period. They are as follows:
Counselling and support
Most Drug ARM services will close on Christmas Day and reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2024. Some of our services may have an extended closure or will be providing limited support as many staff take leave during early January. Check in with your local service or call our Intake and Information team on 1300 656 800.
Intake
Our Intake and Information Line will be closed from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day. Our intake team will re-start taking calls from Tuesday 2 January 2024 (operating business days, 9am to 4pm AEST).
Community Corrections
Our Community Corrections Counselling will take a short break throughout the Christmas period.
Outreach
Night services: Our Street Outreach Services will close from the night of Christmas Eve, 24 December 2023. Night services will re-start on Thursday 4 January 2024.
Day services: Our Street Outreach Services will close from Monday 18 December 2023. Our day patrols will re-start on Wednesday 17 January 2024.
Op Shops
Our Op Shops remain open, excluding public holidays. Happy holiday shopping!
