Leaving a gift in your will is a simple process that could make a real difference.

If you already have a will, then all you need to do is add a codicil – a short legal amendment to your existing will.

Will Wording

To include Drug ARM in your will we suggest that you use the following wording (subject to legal advice):

“I give (free of all duties) the sum of $… to Drug ARM and I direct that the receipt of its treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being shall be an absolute discharge to my Trustee. I declare a general charitable intention in relation to this gift.”

“I give (free of all duties) ….% of the whole of my estate to Drug ARM and I direct that the receipt of its treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being shall be an absolute discharge to my Trustee. I declare a general charitable intention in relation to this gift.”

“I give (free of all duties) the residue of my estate to Drug ARM and I direct that the receipt of its treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being shall be an absolute discharge to my Trustee. I declare a general charitable intention in relation to this gift.”
