School Workshops

Our fun and lively trainers deliver engaging workshops for students, parents and teacher. For more information, visit our School Workshops page.

Supporting School Attendance

We work in remote areas with children, their families and their communities to improve school readiness and attendance.

In School Support

Our specialists work with young people who are at risk of developing, or are currently experiencing, issues with alcohol and other drug use or mental health issues. We encourage safe play and development of social skills, as well as providing information, education, care and support for children in their education and healing of past trauma.

The Boggabilla Central School Support Program offers case management to children and young people who are at-risk of developing or are experiencing issues with alcohol or other drug use or mental health.  Staff meet the children and young people where they are, including engaging them during school lunch breaks to encourage safe play and development of social skills. This program also includes the Girls Healing Group. Delivered within the school it provides information, education, care and support for girls as well as providing a safe space for healing of past trauma.

Before & After School Support

We encourage positive social connection before and after school through Breakfast Clubs, School Holiday Programs and Youth Drop in Centres. Our team provide a safe and engaging environment for young people to engage in healthy activities including sport, healthy eating, music, art, games and connection with local elders through cultural education programs

Outside the School Gate

Our ‘whole-of-family’ approach to schooling encourages parents, carers and community members to become positive role models for engagement in education. Families are supported to improve school attendance, literacy and numeracy, transition to future education and work.

Our programs help to build the capacity of parents, caregivers and communities to complement mainstream services whilst providing a safe and secure place for children and young people.
