Thank you for registering for Plan.Drive.Survive. Comprehensive (or PDS Comprehensive)
The program is six sessions that are two hours long. You will need to attend and participate in all six sessions to complete the program.
This correspondence outlines your responsibilities as a participant of this program.
During the classes, you are responsible for:
If you arrive to a class under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be asked to leave and that module will not be considered complete. This also applies to any support people who attend the classes.
If you are unable to attend a class, you must contact the facilitator on the provided details as soon as possible and this would need to be a valid reason. The consequences of missing a session will be discussed on an individual basis with the facilitator as having an incomplete status could result in sitting out of the licensing system for (5) years
Throughout the program you will be asked to fill out short surveys that will allow us to evaluate the program. Your feedback is important and helps us to improve the program.
Attendance is recorded by the facilitator at each session. At the end of the six sessions, the facilitator will inform the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads of your completion of the program.
If you have satisfactorily engaged with the core PDS Comprehensive content throughout the six modules, you will be issued with a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program. Completion of PDS Comprehensive is one of the requirements to complete the Alcohol Ignition Interlock Program and to regain your full licence
One of our staff members will be in contact within two (2) weeks with information around availability of sessions.
If you have not heard from us within two weeks please contact us on 07 3620 8898 or email
