A few questions you might have

If you’ve seen one of our advertisements in your local community, there’s a good chance support is available nearby. Drug ARM delivers services across many regional Queensland locations, with support available in person, through outreach, by phone and via telehealth, depending on where you live. We offer a range of support options, including one-on-one counselling and support, group programs, and support for family members, partners and friends. Together, we’ll help you find the option that best suits your circumstances and goals.

Yes. Our services are funded by Queensland Health, Western Qld Primary Health Network and supported by community and philanthropic partners, allowing us to provide support at no cost to participants.

No. Whether your goal is to quit, cut back, better manage your use, or simply understand your options, support can start wherever you’re at.

Generally, no. Support is confidential. We won’t share your personal information without your permission, except in limited situations where we’re legally required to act to help keep someone safe. For more information, ask our team about privacy and confidentiality when you get in touch.

We’ll start with a conversation about what’s going on for you and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we can answer questions, provide information, and help connect you with the support that’s right for you.

Absolutely. Support isn’t just for people using alcohol or other drugs. We also support family members, partners, friends and carers.
